In her five years at Shakespeare's Globe, Rona led​ on all digital aspects of the Education department, their shows and work.

 

From revitalising the Adopt An Actor podcast as host and producer, to building an entirely new area of Live Streaming offerings - she built and led a team creating inclusive, engaging and educational experiences for all audiences.

​

This included the flagship project Playing Shakespeare with Deutsche Bank - and build of the first in-house microsite, providing free learning resources for students to engage with the world of the play and the world of the production itself.​ She also launched the Globe's first Snapchat Filter, as well as the creation of fully accessible videos in BSL.
